    Can't laod pics.

Has anyone had problems loading pics?
Every time I try to use the upload button, it changes to the Cannot find page.
Anything going on, or is it me,somehow?
    Thanks,
    John

Sounds like it's searching the wrong address/location - or else there's a glitch in the local service.....

    John,

I had the same experience on my first tries. I figured out it was the file size. Unfortunately, it doesn't tell you this it just kicks you onto to that "cannot find page" screen. The site will only upload files up to 100K. Many times a 5 megapixel photo will be 10X that size or more.

So you may have to use your photo software to edit the picture resolution and size down to a 100K size file. I've found that at 300 pixel/in resolution and a picture size around 2" to 3" hits the mark and looks good on the post.

Maybe somebody with more expertise will have better advise yet, but that is what has worked for me thus far. Incidentally the pictures don't show up until you actually post, so don't think something is wrong is they don't show in the preview post screen. If you get under 100k you get to a sreen that lists you file rather than the frustrating dead end cannot find page.

I don't know if there is a limit of how many pix you can include, I've put 4 on a post and that worked. Here's a link to some details on the forum:

Good luck. Post again if you don't have success,

    Ken,

Thanks for your reply. I've done al that & checked to see if it was in jpeg. format. I didn't realize about the size of the pic, as you mentioned. I'll try again at next chance.
    Thanks again.
