Thanks for the encouragement. I really didn't know what I was buying and had no idea of its value. Here are some of the pics that were promised.

Yup... You suck. FYI, in case you don't know... That's our way of saying you got an AWESOME deal. A steal, in fact. Anyone of those tools in good condition is worth at least about $400, let alone all four for $400.

Is that a 30" fence or a 50" on the table saw? It looks like the 50". If so, even better deal for you!!!
    Thanx,

WOW! Yeah, you suck. You certainly know how to make an entrance though.

You're going to find alot of good folks with alot of good info around here. I'm sure you're chompin at the bit to get setup and make some sawdust.

Congrats on the score and Welcome!

The front view picture of the band saw should show the table tilt. I was surprised that a cast iron table was held in place by a cast aluminum or pot metal bracket or as in this case the trunnion bracket. There also doesn't seem to be any adjustment to make it square to the blade short of shimming the bracket. Is this typical of band saws? I would expect instead at least a cast iron bracket. Comments?

Yeah, unfortunately cast aluminum trunnions are par for the course for bandsaws in that class/price range.

    Cast iron trunnions are ideal.

WOW! All I say is WOW! You walked right into a deal! If that planner looks anything like the rest of equipment you just purchased, don't walk there, run there before someone else snatches from you. Nice tool gloat.
