    Cool Vermont Lap Desk: Completed

Still awaiting the first coats to dry, but, everythigs is doneSDC14915.jpgSDC14916.jpgSDC14917.jpg I failed to get a picture of the insides WITH the BLO and Poly gloss finish, but I did get a few without the finishSDC14914.jpgHoles were existing. Had to use a scrap board for the divider. Wood is mainly an Ash, with one piece of QSWO on the non-moving side of the hinge.

    Steven,

    Good job.

Read your other post too....it's always nice to be able to use reclaimed wood and the fact that your grandson has claimed it is all the better. He will always value the lap desk from grandpa!

    Hi Steven.

First, you're from Ohio and you make a Vermont lap desk ?
    Second, go Bucks.
    Third, nice work.
