CUSA : Golf Ball Marker / repair toolkit Kit

Has anyone seen golf ball marker / divot repair tool kit similar to the one CUSA carried? It was a two piece design, the tool + a removable ball marker. It seems CUSA stopped supplying them and the only other places I've found is PSI (no removable ball maker) & chefware kits but those are just single ball makers. I've got a nice neighbor that dropped a small smoker off at my door yesterday and he's not the type to take money so was trying to think of something 'golf' related could turn out and that toolkit/marker was first thing that popped in my head.

I don't have any info about your golf ball marker / divot repair tool kit inquiry. I'm a golfer and like taller tees. I've made some out of UHMW polyethylene. Note that the rules of golf indicate that a tee can't be longer than 4 inches. They aren't the prettiest tees but they are truly unbreakable, however they can be lost.......
