Swivel Joint - sawdust collector

Does anyone know where can I find some plans for designing or buying, a Swivel joint for a mobile extraction arm, used for a saw dust collector?

Some of the arms are available commercially as "fume extraction arms" and they may also sell swivels. They can be pricy.

If you can limit your movement, you may be able to use a short piece of hose instead for the joint.

Both of them are great, but I need the larger one, bigger than 4'', so, the second one is "tailored" for my particular case.Let's see if they ship to Europe.The ones I came across, were built for the pipe industry, making the swivels just a little bit too rigid.
