    Performax 16-32 Plus sander

I'm looking to purchase a used Performax 16-32 Plus sander; however, I'm not sure if they are still in business. When I Google it, I do see a Jet 16-32 sander that looks similar. Is this the same company? My concern is getting replacement parts if needed. Any thoughts, folks?

    Thanks

I believe that Jet brand is the replacement. Depending on your location they don't come up for sale very often. It's worth the effort to check on a regular basis if that is the route you want to go.

My post wasn't clear. I found one, just wondering about parts, if needed.

If you're having trouble getting parts from Jet, call Supermax tools. These are the Performax folks who bought back the rights to certain larger models from Jet. They claim to have a wide range of Performax parts available.

Jet bought Performax; they are the same company. They should have replacement parts, but you should ask Jet to be sure.

Jet bought out Preformax a few years ago, parts and service are available thru Jet.
