I just rewired my 1.5-HP dust collector from 110 volts to 220 volts, which means my remote starter no longer works.
Anybody know if this type of remote starter can be rewired for 220 volts?

No it can't, but you can use it to activate a 110v coil 220V contactor. Here's a write up by Dennis Peacock which should get you pointed in the right direction.
