    Saw Vise ID?

I found ths saw vise on CL recently advertised with another saw vise-looking device that I will post separately because I don't believe it is a saw vise. This has no name but does say Made In USA on 1 side and has the number 95 on the other. It has a ball-and-socket swivel adjustment which I have only seen once before. I didn't really need this since I have 4 others, but I only had to give $15 for it. It's in decent shape with no cracks and all adjusments are free and working.

    Any ideas on maker?

Looks a lot like mine. Not sure if mine has any markings on it. No idea of who made it.
