I was on a prade of homes few weeks ago and seen some walls in one house that had cost of finish over the paint that could use like dry eraser board. Anyone know what product might be?

Rustoleum and other companies make 'white board' or 'dry erase' paint.
I think they put clear coating over regular paint. Just not sure what used.
There's film you can buy and stuck to any surface as well.
We have this type of finish on one or more walls in several (if not all) of the conference rooms at my place of employment. No idea what the name of the paint product is, but it works very well.
I am getting ready to paint a toy box for my grandson, this is the product my Daughter picked up to use.

I am not saying go kill all the stupid people......
I'm just saying let's remove all the warning labels and let the problem sort itself out.
