    Trees

    Cherry, Walnut, Curly Maple, Poplar, Lacewood. 6"w x 8"h. I turn a lot of hollow forms made up of contiguous curves. This Binh Pho shape is a lot more challenging.

    I love this idea, it looks amazing. Wonderful job. Did you take any pix of the pre turning cutting and assembly?

    Hi Doug, I didn't really document this one, I have a couple photos posted on my Facebook artist page that show the segments prior to gluing them into a ring.
    Just cut off the parts that don't look like a bowl...
