    Air deflector for wooden vent?

I am trying to find an air deflector for a wooden floor vent in my living room, but all I can find are magnetic ones that stick to metal vents. Any idea where I can get one for a wooden vent (5 1/4 x 11)?

Do you want a plastic one? You could make a wooden one and make it look pretty neat.

Yes, I'd prefer a clear plastic one.

How about getting the one in the picture and putting a bit of carpet tape under the magnets so it'll stick to the wood?

Buy the plastic one and add a couple of small brads with flat recessed into the surface of the wood directly under the magnets.
