    Question Mid TN Woodworking show

Anyone else going to the woodworking show in Smyrna TN the weekend of June 12th? Not having ever been to one I was wondering if you can get a good price on tools? I know that at PC shows you can but then theres no service after the sell and returns are next to impossible.

What's this show all about? I might want to go, too. Do they have a link that I could look at? Thanks.

I just called them and they are faxing me the flyer. They don't have a website set up but hopefully we can get whatever we need from the flyer. If you want, I'll copy the info and post it here, once the fax comes through.

I made a telephone call to the number Brad posted. Finally after getting transferred to someone who do what was going on I found out that the show is being sponsored by Woodline. It is the Middle Tenn WW Show and is at the Tennessee Expo Center in Smyrna, TN. the building is a converted KMart Store.

Wayne Sutter (Woodline Owner) is sending me more information. I will post it when I get it.

You beat me to it - posting the information Ernie - Thanks.

Mike Sutter of Woodline did e-mail me the flyer PDF file. No need for me to post that now.

I plan to attend the show on Saturday.

Maybe some of us can meet there.

Was thinking about visiting my Mom & brothers, one who is about 20 miles from Smyrna but I would need an incentive to drive in from Tx like "Door Prizes"
Ken, spent many a Friday/Saturday night in Huntsville back in the early 70's. Would drive from Winchester Tn to partake in some festivities

I am not in the "door prize" business. However, what more incentive do you need than to meet the infamous "Old Rebel"

I went last year and it was a nice, albeit fairly small show. Frank Klausz was there along with some other woodworking "celebrities", and talking with them made the trip worthwhile. There were a few decent deals, but nothing spectacular.

I think I will take the ride from Memphis. Should be worth the trip.

I think I'm going to go on Friday. I have some work to do in Nashville anyway and could work it in.
