    I think you're good. That's how I've done it in the past.

    The only changes that need to be made in the starter is move the wire on the transformer to the 230 volt pole (done) & change the 3 overload heaters to something close to 20 amp. The overload block is in the upper left corner of your picture. The overload heaters are held in by the 6 screws in the middle of the block.

    It runs! Started up quick and runs smooth and quiet. Thanks a million for everyone's help! Now I just need to drill the top for the Powermatic PF-31 power feeder I got on Craigslist a while back. I'm thinking of mounting it towards the back left corner. Is there a standard convention for mounting them?

    Thanks for the heads up on changing the starter motor heaters. I'll admit I didn't really know what a heater was, but I just found a couple of excellent videos explaining motor starters and starter motor heaters on YouTube. They're done by the username LewellynTechnology in case anybody else is interested.
