I really appreciate all the kind words! Certainly, the good Lord deserves praise for whatever talent has been given me, and I need all of you to know how much is owed to the Creek and all that mentored and encouraged me along the way. Steve, you know that you have been an inspiration from the beginning both with your work and especially with your friendship.
Ken, I still have the prototype for that set of table legs! It sure was a fork in the road for me and the beginning of an exciting journey.
Thanks, again to each of you!
What an honor! Congratulations, John. You're work is exquisite and this piece is "over the top"!!
If anyone has the opportunity to visit the Artisan Gallery in Berea, it's one of the best galleries anywhere and included a display of John's turned art. My visit there a few weeks was highlighted by a chance meeting with John and Steve who happened to be there at the same time. John has also been selected to be on the faculty of John Campbell School and will be conducting a turning class in March I believe

Thanks to Steve for posting the article, we know, John wouldn't have himself. John you are way too modest. Your work inspires many here at the Creek and sets a standard that is seldom matched. Good on you, Mr. Keeton.
Regards, Ken
