City of Los Lunas NM email & website

Has any creek member been able to send email to someone in the city government of Los Lunas NM (@loslunasnm.gov) or get the city's website to work? I've tried to get the city's links (as shown by Google) to work for over a week. I've exhanged email addresses with a city employee over the phone but neither of us can receive the other's emails.

Just Google Los Luna's, NM and then click on the official website and voila, it goes right there.
    Best Regards,

I've done that, and I get a page of text that begins:

    www.loslunasnm.gov - /

which isn't what I call a working web page. Perhaps the website only works with some version of Internet Explorer? I use Firefox.

Weird, I had no problem whatsoever. I used my iPad.

It's working fine for me Stephen. No problem emailing some friends in Belen and Los Lunas new year's day. Don't know anyone in government down there.

I've found that the problem is with which DNS server is used, not which browser. If I use opnedns as the name server then the Los Lunas City webpage looks fine.
