    Replacing honeycomb table insert

Several years ago I purchased a few aluminum honeycomb cores for my downdraft table from Honeycommcore online. It seems they no longer have a website from which I can purchase. Their site does have a "contact us" form, but they don't seem interested in responding. Some can be found on eBay (sold by honeycommcore) but they don't seem interested in shipping to Canada.

Anyone have a source where these can be purchased? I need 12x24 and 18x24 1" sheets for our lasers.

    Thanks in advance!

    Check this thread http://www.sawmillcreek.org/showthre...oneycomb-table
I have published contact details in it.
They make custom size honeycomb laser tables for very cheap prices but I am sure they can supply just a honeycomb grid.

Thanks all for the feedback. I was able to track down Honeycommcore from their eBay listings. Via eBay they don't ship outside of the US, but contacting them direct they were more then happy to do so. They prefer to sell the inserts in full 48x96 sheets cut to whatever size you wish. The pricing is quite reasonable, coming in at under $200 for the full sheet cut up (I had 6 24x18 and 7 24x12 inserts cut from a full sheet.

    Cheers!

Try Plascore. You can find them on Google. I purchased a 4 x 8' sheet cut into four 24 x 36" pieces. It was $225 plus Fedex shipping. The piece I purchased had 1/4" spacing on the honeycomb which has worked very well for me.

The material cuts like butter on a table saw with a carbide blade.
