Beautiful work, Michael. I also have the Steelex casters (from Amazon)..good stuff. They are actually Shop Fox via Grizzly.
Do they ever loosen up? The lock lever I mean. It's pretty stiff. Do you use two fixed and two swivel? Or all 4 swivel? I have all four swivel. Kind of wish I did two fixed.
I build a shop tool cart and a pegboard wall storage deeley. The sides of the cart show how much I was NOT taking my time. I clamped the two sides together separated by a 2x to flush trim the hardwood banding. The router kept tipping. Oh well. Shop stuff. It still looks pretty nice. It'll serve the purpose well.
