    tormek support arm diameter

    Hi all,

    Can any tormek owners out there please advise what is the diameter of the support arm for toolrests and other accessories? I'm guessing 5/8", but would like to be sure.

    Tormek says its approx 1/2 or 12mm.

    Went out and measured my support arm its .471 in. that is a 12mm metric rod. The Tormek I have is a Super Grind 2000. Its an early model, I purchased years ago.
