    Cool Apps, What Apps?

    Simple enough...

My 2 favorite things on this planet are Tech and WW, a combination of the two would be awesome.

I have only found 2 that I find useful -

    *Woodworking Utilities
    *Handyman Calculator

Both FREE and both on Android

What apps do you use in your woodworking?

Are there any that you would suggest?

I use the Board Feet Calculator app quite a bit. It lets you input a price, waste, etc. then gives overall numbers. Free and fairly useful.

Construction Master Pro Calc. It's 19.99 for the iPhone, but if you do a lot of angles and arches it pays for itself in no time. If you buy the actually calculator, it's $90. I didn't think twice about it.

+1 on Construction Master Pro, I love that app and I have the hand held unit in the shop.

I also have Wood calculator for board feet.

    +1 on Handyman Calculator.
If it ain't there, it just ain't.
I'll have to look at the WW utils.

Bubble Level XL for Android works well. Does anyone have a good flashlight app for Android that doesn't "know" everything about what you do?

There are a million of them. Tesla works easily enough also.

Thanks Myk. That seems to work well; the ability to change the screen color is a nice feature, too.

So far that is the only app, woodworking related or not
that has actually made me say "WOW" out loud.
I was so impressed I made my wife sit down and look over all the calculators
that the app had for me to use.

    You put it beautifully,

If it ain't there, it just ain't.

I'm going to pay for the ad-free version just for one feature,
The ability to not show calculators that I will NEVER use!

I did forget to mention, I use the bubble level and I use the Craigslist app
to help with the finding of tools that I am looking for.
