    Purchase of Japanese saw for dovetails or Zona saw

    Can anyone please help with suggestions for the the purchase of a second Dovetail saw

    I currentley have an Adria dovetail saw but to be honest I like buying tools

    So suggestions and help please

    Robert Waring uses a Zona saw for cutting his dovetails

    Zona saws are inexpensive, if I remember correctly.

    It's a cheap way to test the concept.
    I would get the coarsest version - some are so fine that you'll make slow progress
    in harder woods.

    If you try the Japanese saws, I like the "SunChild" Gyokucho #311.

    FWIW - I've got my Western saws cutting well and consider them superior for this task.
