Okay it is time. 32 teams and 32 days. Which team is your pick to win it all?
I can see 4-5 teams ending up in the final match, but if I were forced to pick one team, it would be Germany. I think they have the balance, depth, and drive to win it all.
Last time (2010) I was right getting the Dutch to the finals. They figured out a way to lose (again).

Well, if the first match is any indication it will be Brazil. Not because they played well, but because the refs appear afraid to make calls against them for fear of the hometown crowd.

No kidding, the flop on the PK and the waive off of the rebound goal. Hope the rest go better than this.

Ah...good stuff! I'm streaming at work...not getting much work done!! LOL!
I'm not quite sure who will go but Spain was pounded badly...which means they'll come back with a vengeance.
