It seems as Lowes has put their Porter Cable line of grinders on clearance to make room for the new Delta line. I thought Delta was dead and gone for the most part...

Who knows where the thing would be made, anyway - is it even different than the PC version other than the stickers? Has anyone had complaints about the PC grinders? Some of the neander types have versions of the PC grinder and seem to be OK with it.

I bought a Delta 6" VS grinder at Lowe's a couple of weeks ago. Its made in China. I don't see much difference from others in same price range. I too was surprised they were labeled Delta. Maybe Porter-Cable wasn't catching on, or too many letters.
