HELP, I work in a small family owned shop where we make Lake Maps out of wood. Specifically Russian Birch b/bb grade. From 2009 through 2012 we had no problems with De-lamination. Since then we have had many problems. We etch and cut 3mm on a Trotec Speedy 300. We sand the plywood after etching to remove the creosote. The text has started falling off of the board. Especially the letters: e, R, o, D ect. We have tried different suppliers without any luck. Has anyone else had this problem? Does anyone know of a supplier with higher quality wood? We use around 1000 5x5 sheets per year. Thanks in advance for your comments
