    You can put cool blocks on the Grizzly. I think more power the better. Cool blocks are much better than bearings IMHO. So you can have it all with the Grizzly

    In my experience I would have to agree that cool blocks are better than bearings.

    Ideally you want your Resaw capacity to match you jointer/planer capacity unless you flatten your boards by hand.

    Agreed especially for narrow blades. I just used oil soaked hardwood. I've also heard of people using brass and I'm thinking about trying Corian. Anything softer than blade teeth so if teeth meet guides it's the guides that give way.

    Curt, the resaw capacity on both saws is 12". Am I missing something?
