Tried both and the downcut work best by far. Very clean dados.

I use an upcut in the router table but I will have to say I am using the table saw a lot more now.

If you have a good dado blade that gives you a nice flat bottom the table saw is the way to go in my opinion. If your dado blade doesn't give you nice flat bottoms then use the router table.
