    Turn Turn Turn

    Greetings all

I can do this now, turn turn turn, or at least I will be able to shortly (that's one turn for each lathe in the shop). I just got off the phone with the friendly man at Vega, and my new Vega bowl lathe will be here before I have the shavings swept off the floor!

Those of you who have been in my shop in the past year might not even recognize it now, and with the addition of another lathe, it is going to change even more. I still have lots to do to make it what I would like, but customers keep getting in the way, and SWMBO has some pretty firm rules about my taking care of them!

I will get pictures as soon as possible.

Sounds great! I hope to see all three in the fall!

    Looking forward to pictures.

I just took a few pictures of my last haul of wood in another thread so take a look if you have time.

    Hi Bill,

Looks like a great choice for your needs. I am sure all of the new and old students will surely enjoy it.

The best of turning to you and those that wish to learn.

Sounds like a great plan, Bill. The Vega is a nice bowl lathe and will really help you kick up your teaching volume without cramping your other work space "too much". I'm going to have to come up and try it out as it's one lathe I haven't fondled with the power on at this point.

    No pictures??

that's ok, just send me one of your dvd's

Just kidding, but it does sound like you are having WAY too much fun After all, some of us barely have one, and you have three! Enjoy, and keep those pictures coming

    (love your website BTW)
