    I do a bunch of these for customers. I like to use 9 volt battery boxes with a built in switch, so I don't have to worry about house fires (it's also much cheaper). Posted some pics below (The pics really don't do it justice) and the bases come out truly beautiful using layers of 1/8" birch.

    brian saban those are awesome some day i want to try doing some photos I am taking my time right now in just doing wood and mirrors and drinking glasses for now. Brian Saban those are very beautiful thanks for sharing
