I'm coming over from the hand tool side of town, needing help. I need to make a bunch of thin knifes for inlay work, knife thickness should be around 0.030" or even 0.025" or 0.6-0.8mm, if I have no choice I might try something a smidge thicker. HSS Jigsaw blade are the ideal easy way out, but I cannot find any information about blade thicknesses online. I suppose most will be thicker, but maybe the blades for cutting thin metal like the Bosch T118G might be thinner. So I'm asking the advice of those who might have a bunch of blades and\or experience - Do you know of a HSS blade of the thickness I need?

Thanks a lot.
