    Talking JET Awesome customer service

    Hows this for customer service......

I went to Vegas last week to the AWFS and while I was there, I stopped by the Jet stand....as you do:-)..........and mentioned to them in passing, that my tool rest extension arm broke shortly after I got the 1236 lathe. I didnt bother replacing coz it wasnt worth it (to me anyways at the time).......

I have just received a brand new tool rest extension, in the mail, sent to me by WMH tool group Gratis........

That's why most of my shop is Jet.....

Good job Jet and you got me sold for a LONG time.

    Thanks for reading

Rob, there are a lot of white tools in my shop for the same reason, then there is also some others that are baby poop yellow from WHM. Good company to do business with.

I had the same kind of experience last week. Problems with my drill press, posted a couple of questions here and gave JET a call. THe guy I spoke with said sounds like the spindle lets get this taken care of for you. Didn't ask for me to fax my reciept or anything, new spindle arrived 3 days later, I am in ht emarket for a new tablesaw and dust collecter and I think it will be a JET just for that reason alone.

Glad it worked out for you, you gotta love it when you can still get REAL customer service these days
