My Lowes has metric too. You can order them from Fastall (spelling) could be Fasnall.

Most places carry metric sizes now. Any specialty fastener place will, Grainger probably does too.

I deal with metric fasteners for work all the time, and when I don't want to wait for replacement parts to get shipped by my company, I have had the best, most consistent luck getting what I need from Ace hardware. Off topic but usually best for oddball fuses as well. Grainger and McMaster will have absolutely anything you need, but you usually have to order it and wait for at least next day to get it. Ace has gotten me done same day many, many times.
