    Plain Jane, no more! Very nice work on all of them, personal favorite has to be the butterfly, thanks for sharing.

    That is some Beautiful work Steve. I like them all, however the leaves and the butterfly are outstanding. Just wish I had a 3rd that much talent.

    Really beautiful Steve. Interesting contrast between the burning and the gloss finish. I like it. What torch do you use?

    Again, thanks for all the wonderful compliments! Doug, I used a small propane torch, handheld plumbers use to sweat pipes. I had it hooked up to a mapp gas bottle and turned way down
    but it's a bit too hot. I would recommend the propane torch, turned way down and keep it moving. Surely test the results on scrap wood first before setting a nice bowl or platter on fire.

    Thanks Steve. I have one of those guys. I might need to keep a fire extinguisher handy though!
