    Joiner's Mallet

    joiner's mallet.jpg

It's a very easy project but fun to do nevertheless. It's based pretty heavily on Jim Kingshott's mallet from his Workshop Book (you pick ones up on Amazon for next to nothing). Head is in Iroko and handle is in Ash. I was not fussed by what the head was as long as it was dense hardwood but was pleased to have ash as the handle. You won't learn anything from the video but hopefully it'll be fun to watch.
