Hi,
I've been doing a mortise and tennon joint for our framing on our chalkboard signs(Chalk It Up Signs) and I'd be interested in how other do theirs. Mine are done completely on a table saw with an adjustable blade that I set at just over 1/4 inch, which is the thickness of our signs material. Here is a link to our company's chalkboard framing page to give an idea of what I'm up to. I get pretty good quality but I'd like some ideas to speed up or use a different method.
Many Thanks, Dave
