Glad we were able to help! For reference, I realigned my 80 watt yesterday all the way down the beam path from the tube to the head. Using the power meter supplied by Trotec to measure, I went from 70 watts at the head to 80 watts once realigned. I'm sure you will see the same or even better results once you get it aligned. Cheers!
