Just got my new laser delivered. Does anyone have a SpeedMarker FL? My install won't happen for a couple of weeks due the show in Georgia.

Real name Steve but that name was taken on the forum. Used Middle name. Call me Steve or Scott, doesn't matter.
Chris, we have a speedmarker CL and I think they are very different. Mostly, they should be plug and play - so set up the power unit, plug all the cables into the right slots (they should be colour-coded), fire up the pc/computer, the software, then turn on the power source and lastly the laser itself. The software should have come pre-calibrated. But just in-case, potentially wait for Trotec and we had ours installed 5 years ago, so things may be completely different now. Don't want you to ruin an amazing bit of kit.

I did open the crates but didn't mess with anything. I am contemplating building a cabinet for it.
