    Pressure Sensor Bar issues

    Hi Everyone,
I'm new here, but I'm having a problem with my Vision Max Pro engraver. My Pressure Sensor bar isn't working properly. The bar seems to keep slipping after engraving a letter or two and increasing the pressure. I've tried adjusting the screw tension, readjusting the sensor bar placement, and nothing will work. Does anyone have any tips? I called Vision but they won't help unless I pay $200 for a year of tech support. Thought I would see if anyone can help here!

    Thanks!

That would be a rotary machine-- I've been engraving things since Johnson was president, and I have no idea what a 'pressure sensor bar' is... any pics or extra info would help!
