    Perfect car for woodworkers

Toyota Setsuma is claimed to be built with traditional Japanese joinery. I'm not a car guy, but if I was I would be saving up for one. Or, better still, looking for a set of plans!

    Nah,

load with 4 x 8's, pull a 16 foot car trailer, rides like a cadillac but can be used like a pickup truck, keeps you comfortably out of style and makes the youngins stare as they try to figure out what it is. Good american quality

Don't see wagons on the road much nowadays. Funny how the station wagon has somehow evolved into a SUV or crossover as the family auto.

    92 Buick Roadmaster,

had an 83 Caprice Wagon for 10 years before this one. I'm really stepping up in the world, six years and a fair bit of torture so far, 215,000 miles at the moment.

Close, but you're thinking of the ultra-rare Wagon Queen Family Truckster.

The Roadmaster Wagon is the car I wanted and never managed to get. I did have a 1996 Roadmaster Sedan.

As for SUV replacing the wagon, now way. Wagons had more hauling capacity that most SUV's. My 08 Passat Wagon can haul more than most SUV's.
