I've been trying to get a question answered so I can place an order. No answer last week so I left a message with callback number. No response. I posted on their forum as well and no answer there as well. Anyone else ran into this?

I think they may be in the middle of a huge website overhaul, as they appear to be going "all Ebay" with their sales. Very odd, IMO. Perhaps their email system has gotten funked up in the process.
I bet they would respond if you queried them via one of their Ebay auctions.

I've never had a problem reaching Jeff by phone but maybe he was on vacation. Seems like he's a one man operation so that's a possibility.
