+1 for Wayne's post. It doesn't take long to "unscrew" the blades off of the arbor.

Had the same issue with my oshlun dado set. Just slightly tight on the arbor. Luckily I have a machinist friend, and he used a reamer to remove about 20/1000 from the hole. Last time I used it, worked great.

I've used this method and it works.

Talked to my machinist friend, he said he only removed 1/1000. It slides on now and I don't have to screw it onto the arbor.
