Asking for more advice, I had put all settings as close as I can to those recommended in manual and the lumber was not being fed properly either infeed or outfeed I believe. I have been lowering the infeed and outeed screw tension screws to have feed rollers better grab the board. Doing that it now appears the cutterhead is too low relative to feed rollers. The rollers are currently set .002" below cutting circle.
I now have front tension screws 3 threads lower than casting and seems now that cutterhead too low. Thinking I should raise cutterhead to provide more seperation between rollers and cutting circle? Thoughts?
Thanks in advance
Jeff
