    bird house plan

I know and have seen many requests about bird house plans but.....
I am looking for one that is laser cut for kids to assemble ,anyone have a link for the dx file
I want it to link together no glue
    thanks

    Try the following.
To fit together without glue, I'd suggest cutting one and then thickening the tabs, so they fit tight on the second try.

This might be the best bet?!

No plan but an easily generated plan:

Not necessarily for your needs, but a neat design:

In our own backyard so to say:

Hope to see your video when you finally work it out.

Please realize that if putting a birdhouse outside, the wood should be at lease 3/4" thick or the birds will bake in the box.

I never gave that much thought ,as I always placed them in the shade of a tree ,I cannot laser 3/4 in, I can but it looks like a major fire cut
Maybe use home depot starfoam on the inside would stop the heat

What about slots on the sides for cooling, I always drill a few holes in the built bird house to drain any leaks

bird house small ,then re-sized not really going through .......

Because this was a vector diagram I re-sized the diagram by 150% ,and re-sized the slots
The tabs turned out to be 3/16 too long but the radial arm saw fixed that quick
If I spent the time and re-sized everything on the diagram then it would be a perfect fit like the original
But I did not want this to go on and on
This was an exercise of a quick bird house for kids to assemble

You can always cut 3 x 1/4 and glue them together with non toxic water based glue.

If direct sun won't be hitting it, it'll never get any warmer inside that it is outside...

I'd use Titebond 3 as it holds up well in the outdoors.
    One good turn...
    That's my goal.
