I got mine from AllProTools [link below]. They run sales on the Trend Air Shield from time to time. I wouldn't be without mine. Don't remember what I paid for mine on sale but it was a good deal. Get the extra battery if you work in the shop for more than a few hours at a time.

I'm not affiliated with AllProTools in anyway. Just a satisfied customer.

I also got mine on special from allpro tools. If I recall correctly, price was about $230 plus shipping.Originally Posted by Karl Laustrup

I also bought mine from All Pro...'caught a sale. Best price I ever saw, however, was $215, but it was at a show for "the last one" and I wasn't ready at the time. I was surprised...I actually like wearing it. Not so with other face shields. This one is comfortable.

The most expensive tool is the one you buy "cheaply" and often...
link to there web site Please Mike
All links seem to be dead. A syahoo search for All Pro tools also turns up dead links....
Ditto here Jim. I almost forget I have it on. And with me wearing glasses it's really nice not to have them fog up and not have to clean sawdust off them constantly.Originally Posted by Jim Becker
I clicked the link I provided above to AllPro and it took me to the AllPro site.

I've been looking to buy one of these for a while. What do you guys wear for hearing protection when using the the Trend?

Love mine - you can't go wrong buying one

Most of the time I wear my Apex 30 ear muff type from Woodcraft. They are kind of awkward at first but they do work and I like them for the 30 Db they eliminate. I also use, instead of or sometimes with the above, foam ear plugs. They are rated at 31 Db reduction. They are pretty cheap from Walmart in the sporting goods section.Originally Posted by Christopher Stahl

Love mine. Works great!! I bought mine from Osolnik Machinery. At the time, they were about $20 cheaper than the next best price. I even got a handwritten thank you note from the owner....

Like Chris said I have also been looking at these for a long time due to wearing glasses. Right now I have to put on dusk mask then safety glasses (over my glasses), then ear plugs. I never saw any reviews on the Airsheild so I ddin't want to spend that much on something I wouldn't even like.
Does the weight of it bother anyone? Do you have any complaints or nick pick things that you would share? Do you use it for everything or just things that kick up a lot of dust like routing or wood turning? I sure putting on one thing instead of three would be nice.
