Yes they give a really brief description of the problem and they will generally tell you what parts you need to fix.

Do they sell the replacement parts right there or do you have to order them later from them?

All parts come out of the Missouri warehouse. If that is the location you are out I would guess you could pick them up there.

The parts department is open during tent sale. those are the only Saturdays that Parts is open
