Handsaw Bow Problem?

Is a slight bow in a handsaw a problem? What problems will it cause if it is an issue? If it can cause a problem, at what point does it become one? Thoughts? Thanks

Bow or kink? BIG difference.
A slight bow shouldn't be a prob, and there are some vids available that address hammering out a bow. Check those vids by David Weaver.

Spine-back or panel saw (makes a difference)? Have a pic by any chance?

If you mean a gentle curve over the length of a handsaw (not a backsaw), and you can straighten it out temporarily by flexing it a bit, not a big problem, at least for rough work; several of my saws have that, and work fine. It may reduce your efficiency, but probably not by much.
