Sommerfeld Jr.ogee set

Trying to learn how to use sommerfeld Jr. set,and also have 3 pc kitchen set from cmt,the kitchen set came with instructions,but the Jr set didnt.What thickness of stock is best for Jr set without having to fool with shims.I think this is going to be an experience. Any help or advice .Thanks Jimmy Tallent

I think junior was for 1/2 stock. Had a set and never used them. Sold them before I ever used them.

Yes, 1/2" stock is what it is meant for.
