    Finally managed to squeeze a couple of hours out of Christmas vacation for turning

    After too long tied up with less fun things, I managed to grab a few hours in the shop to turn some belated gifts. I sure have missed it, but lurking to see what you all have done helps whet my appetite!

    Nice work on everything! I like the contrast in the woods used for your birdhouse ornament. Have yet to try turning a toothpick holder like this. Looks like a great conversation starter!

    The body is walnut- from a branch with great figure. The roof is unknown "found wood"
    The toothpick holder is cherry with walnut finial-
