    Titan Lathes

I saw one of these lathes is for sale from another site. Never heard of it before but found some pretty cool application videos from their website. Here's a link. Just scroll down the main page to the video section. There's 5 different short videos. Enjoy.

Neat looking machines. There was one at the AAW symposium trade show a few years ago when it was in Minneapolis, but I think that guy quit handling them due to low sales. Looks like they took a page from the Robust American Beauty design book for the lathe bed.

I noticed that too. MT2 in headstock. MT3 in tailstock. With metal lathes it's always the opposite with the larger taper in the headstock.

    Maybe a typo?

I think Serious Lathes are setup the same way
Making sawdust mostly, sometimes I get something else, but that is more by accident then design.

It's not a typo. I have one, they are very nice lathes. Maybe it's so the tailstock ram can be bigger. It travels 8 inches.
