EMTECH Polycarbonate Urethane on Wood and Oracal vinyl?

I have a small tiki hut sign I am making for a friend using cedar with outdoor Oracal Vinyl lettering laid on the cedar. I have EMTECH EM9300 WB Exterior Polycarbonate Urethane in my cabinet. Does anyone know if this would stick to the vinyl and not just bubble or run off? Spraying, so I can do light coats. I don't do very much outdoor work so that's the only finish I have on me and was hoping to deliver the sign this weekend.

It should work. Do a test on a scrap to make sure. Cheers
