woodfast lathe model 410b

Does anyone know anything about these lathes? Has anyone updated the motor and speed control?

I owned a woodfast long bed , i beleive it was a 910, with dc motor and vfd control and step pulley configuration. great lathe at the time they were built got it from crafts supply in utah when they were to sole distributor. got any other info on the 410b? motor size etc etc?

I used to work just down the road from Woodfast and they are still there. Contact them and they should help out. I have used plenty of their other machinery over the years and it was good, most recently a 16" table saw last year. It was unstoppable. Cheers
