Trouble with speed and power with my 50 w china laser

Hi guys.. I'm new to the engraving world but what I have found is that when i scan an image to the yeti cup it comes out with streaks throughout the whole scan any insight on this? What can I be doing wrong?

I guess what I am trying to say is that it doesn't completely erase all the image like on the preview. Speed is 100 power 65

If consistent, then what do you have the scan gap set on? I use 0.08 for most work. Small the number, the closer the lines.

First are you using a standard CO2 laser or a Fiber machine? Cermark or not? Did you set it up and try on a inexpensive whatever instead of a $30 Yeti cup and how were those results? I don't understand Erase like preview?
    What machine, what brand, power?

Lots of variables before anyone can give you an intelligent answer. The Search command on here will save everyone a Lot of time.
